Budget & Reporting Senior Specialist
Job Title: Senior Budget & Reporting Specialist
Department: Budget & Reporting
Reports to: Budget & Reporting Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
Language Requirement: English – Advanced level (must)
Responsibilities
- Preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for group companies
- Conducting comparative analyses of budget, forecast, and actual results; identifying variances and reporting to senior management
- Preparing and presenting management reports (management reporting pack, KPI sets, cash flow projections, etc.)
- Coordinating with relevant departments during budget and strategic planning processes
- Preparing reports in line with IFRS and local accounting standards and supporting compliance processes
- Preparing necessary financial reports for internal and external audit processes and providing support to auditors
- Contributing to the effective use of ERP and reporting systems; proposing automation and efficiency improvements
- Conducting detailed financial analyses to support management decisions (profitability, cost control, performance indicators, etc.)
- Carrying out related-party transaction reconciliations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting and budgeting
- Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills
- Experience in Big 4 audit firms is a plus
