Short Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Communications & Marketing Specialist to support the execution of communication and marketing initiatives across multiple brands within our Holding structure. This role focuses on operational coordination of events, sponsorships, agency processes, and content management, ensuring brand consistency and effective implementation of communication strategies across national and international platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, with hands-on experience in Corporate Communications and/or Marketing departments.

  • Experience working across both communication and marketing functions is strongly preferred.

  • Holding experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience in multi-brand or matrix organizations is preferred.

  • Exposure to international events or global PR activities is a plus.

  • Experience coordinating with PR, digital, creative, and event agencies in an operational capacity.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in preparing professional corporate presentations and communication materials.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


Job Description

  • Support the implementation of corporate communications and marketing strategies for multiple brands operating across different industries under the Holding structure.

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international events, exhibitions, summits, and corporate organizations end-to-end, taking an active operational role during on-site execution.

  • Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities; prepare visibility plans and follow up on deliverables to ensure effective brand exposure.

  • Coordinate press and media relations in collaboration with the communications agency.

  • Contribute to communication plans aimed at increasing brand visibility across national and international platforms.

  • Work closely with PR, digital, creative, and event agencies to ensure message alignment and consistency with corporate identity guidelines (operational coordination role).

  • Develop content plans for websites and social media channels and manage content production and publishing processes.

  • Ensure consistency in communication tone and visual identity standards across all brands within the Holding.

  • Prepare corporate presentations, sponsorship decks, event communication materials, and promotional assets.

  • Take an active role in the execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and manage related stakeholder communication.

  • Monitor communication, sponsorship, and event budgets; track expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets (no direct budget ownership).

  • Tracking and reporting communication performance metrics, including media coverage, sponsorship outcomes, and impact reports.
