Job Title: Operation Staff

Position Overview
Fox Croft Suites is looking for a Operation Staff member who will oversee the general operation of the property during night shifts and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for monitoring the property, maintaining order, and handling basic operational checks throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Available to work flexible shifts.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage operations across different time zones independently.
Job Description
- Oversee the general operation of the property during assigned flexible shifts.
- Manage entry–exit, key handling, and closing procedures.
- Monitor and handle operational matters during assigned shifts.
- Ensure ongoing order and security of the property.
- Provide necessary handover information at the end of each shift.

Pozisyon Hakkında
Fox Croft Suites için, tesisin genel işleyişini farklı vardiyalar boyunca takip edecek ve operasyonun sorunsuz ilerlemesini sağlayacak bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz. Bu rol; işletmenin düzeni, güvenliği ve temel operasyonel kontrollerinin vardiya süresince yürütülmesinden sorumludur.

- Tercihen benzer pozisyonlarda deneyim
- Farklı vardiyalarda çalışmaya uygun.
- Dikkatli, düzenli ve sorumluluk sahibi.
- Temel düzeyde İngilizce iletişim kurabilen.
- Problem çözme ve takip becerisi yüksek.
- Vardiya süresince operasyonu bağımsız şekilde yürütebilen.
İş Tanımı
- Farklı vardiyalarda tesisin genel kontrolünü sağlamak.
- Giriş–çıkış, anahtar ve kapanış süreçlerini takip etmek.
- Vardiya süresince oluşabilecek operasyonel konuları yönetmek.
- Tesis düzeni ve güvenliğinin sürekliliğini sağlamak.
- Vardiya sonunda gerekli bilgilendirmeleri yapmak.
