Procurement Manager
We are seeking a experienced Procurement Manager with at least 10 years of expertise and full English proficiency to lead direct and indirect procurement strategies, team management, and supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end direct procurement (raw materials, production resources) and indirect procurement (daily operational supplies, services, corporate travel workflows).

Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to the procurement team and purchasing agents across all corporate departments.

Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies, budgets, and commercial payment policies across the organization.

Oversee the complete procure-to-pay workflow, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoice verification, and final approvals.

Liaise with key internal department stakeholders to accurately identify, forecast, and meet operational product and service demands.

Execute comprehensive sourcing activities, including vendor pre-qualification, RFQ creation, and competitive bidding cycles.

Negotiate high-value vendor contracts to secure optimal commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with supply partners while actively managing vendor performance and dispute resolution.

Analyze procurement data, conduct spending analysis, track key performance metrics (KPIs), and compile reports for the Procurement Director.

Establish and enforce risk management frameworks, corporate compliance standards, and mitigation policies.

Drive continuous process improvements, workflow automation, and the integration of new e-procurement software when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related departments.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in procurement, contract management, major tenders, and e-tendering platforms.

Strong industry knowledge and background in aluminum raw material supply, energy, construction services, and corporate/financial/HR consultancy fields.

Proven operational experience in managing vehicle fleet operations and warehouse management processes.

Professional fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced technical proficiency in the SAP MM module and core computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel.

Solid hands-on knowledge of supplier management platforms, third-party software, and modern e-procurement tools.

Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills with a proven track record of fostering strong supplier relationships.

Advanced analytical, financial, and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Strong leadership capability to manage, coordinate, and evaluate cross-departmental teams under pressure.
