Procurement Senior Specialist
We are seeking a Procurement professional with at least 5 years of expertise and full English proficiency to oversee corporate services, facility management, and non-technical consultancy categories across the group companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute central procurement activities in alignment with company policies, procedures, and targets across all group companies.

Manage assigned procurement categories and prepare detailed management and category reports.

Conduct comprehensive market research, benchmark analysis, and cost breakdowns (CBD) to track market conditions.

Identify alternative and new suppliers to optimize delivery times, lower total costs, establish corporate payment terms, and maintain quality standards.

Prepare requests for quotations (RFQ), collect and compare offers, and determine supplier candidates using a total cost of ownership (TCO) approach.

Monitor and control the drafting, signing, and execution of contracts to ensure full compliance with established terms.

Coordinate the end-to-end purchasing process, including order forwarding, delivery tracking, goods/services receipt, and invoice verification.

Plan and conduct supplier audits under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Department and follow up on post-audit action plans.

Support the preparation of procurement budgets and drive cost-reduction projects to increase company competitiveness.

Manage and support the sampling process for new products or modifications.

Update internal departmental procedures and actively contribute to digital transformation and process improvement projects.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

At least 5 years of professional experience in detailed price analysis, supplier evaluation, purchasing contracts, and e-tendering.

Proven procurement experience in corporate communications, HR consulting, financial consulting, health, insurance, office rentals, facility management, catering, and non-technical services.

Professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong technical proficiency in the SAP MM module and core computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, identify practical solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent numeracy, reporting, and organizational skills with a strict discipline for deadlines and attention to detail.

Completed military service for male candidates.
